Mr. Sachdev holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Information Technology, both from Virginia Tech.

Rashmi Kilam conceptualized and started Bouin a year ago during her tenure in Global Equations LLC, where she joined as a Principal. At this boutique management consulting firm, she actively assists for strategy & business advisory, best shoring practices, due-diligence and risk management. She also aids promotion of business and investments in emerging markets, international alliances besides making recommendations for expansion for mid-size global clients. She consults with an NY-based Investment Banking and a $100mn PE fund for their cross-border M&A practice. Prior to this role, she had filled a number of key roles on the executive leadership team at a leading technology firm, Lifetree Convergence. Founded by stalwarts of Hutchinson Empire, Lifetree provides GSM Billing & Messaging to worldwide enterprises and operators. Rashmi closely worked with the CEO to front end business growth from 8 to 150 people. She built partners for EMEA, instrumented GSM shows, and her marketing plans catalyzed awards for SUNDAY Communications, now a part of PCCW, Hong Kong. Her professional practice has focused on helping clients develop competitive strategies for individual businesses and re-shaping corporate portfolios and organizations along capability lines. An avid connector, she also aids fund raising, bootstrapping and partnerships for Non-profits. Most of her client work has been global in scope.
