Phase I: Secondary Research

Rather than re-inventing the wheel, after receiving a request we start with an in-depth research on the public domain. We have access to more than 3000 paid databases that provide us with most recent, authentic and reliable information from sources like books, newspapers, trade journals, white papers, industry & trade associations, government agencies, and published reports etc. Our researchers summarize the findings and forward it to the analytics team.


Phase II: Gap Analysis

Our analysts review the project requirements thoroughly vis-à-vis available information and identify information gaps using our in-house analytical tools and methodologies.


Phase III: Primary Research

Taking into account the findings of gap analysis, we design survey questionnaires and identify a list of survey respondents. Our highly experienced market research team gathers information as per the agreed questionnaires using email & telephonic interviewing techniques. After completion of a survey, we either use MS Excel or statistical analysis tools like SPSS, Quantum and SAS to analyze this information and draw our conclusion on specific trends and market sentiments.


Last Phase: Information Analysis & Consulting

Our analytics & consulting team then evaluates the findings and come up with its recommendation using different analytical & modeling tools like Judgmental Forecasting, Ratio Analysis, Historical Trend Analysis, Linear Regression Analysis and Cause & Effect Analysis etc.


In the last stage, our Subject Matter Expert (SME) reviews these findings & recommendations after consultation with the concerned team members. Once we agree that the conclusions and recommendations is the best possible solution, we either invite the client for the final presentation or send the final report to the client through email.
